Institute Honors Ambassadors Oren and Rabinovich
with Scholar-Statesman Award
The Brookings Institution published a memo written by Itamar Rabinovich: "Assessing the Obstacles and Opportunities in a Future Israeli-Syrian-American Peace Negotiation".
Itamar Rabinovich participated in the Intelligence Squared Debate at NYU - "Should the US step back from its special relationship with Israel?"
Itamar Rabinovich participated in the "Security in the Middle-East" conference organized by the Polish Institute of International Affairs, where he held a lecture during the "Arab-Israeli Conflict" panel
Prof. Rabinovich will participate in the Saban Center Policy Forum under the title: "The Way Ahead: Prospects for Restarting a Middle East Peace Process". The event will be held on March 25, 2010.
The American Academy of Arts & Sciences today announced the election of leaders in the sciences, the humanities and the arts, business, public affairs, and the nonprofit sector. The 210 new Fellows and 19 Foreign Honorary Members join one of the nation’s most prestigious honorary societies and a center for independent policy research.
Among those elected this year is: Itamar Rabinovich, Ettinger Professor of Contemporary Middle Eastern History and Researcher at the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle East and African Studies at Tel Aviv University.
